development by Hereward
Homes in Bisbrooke, Rutland,
completed in October 2024.
The development comprises
four new homes, featuring
barn-style designs that re昀氀ect
the site’s historic farmyard
origins. With 2 昀椀ve-bedroom
and 2 four-bedroom homes,
the development has been
designed to re昀氀ect Rutland’s
distinctive vernacular on the
outside, but inside, they are
light-昀椀lled living spaces 昀椀nished
to a high speci昀椀cation. Each

and bathrooms, many en-suite
bedrooms with walk in dressing
rooms, and includes air-source
heat pumps, car charging
points, and electronic remotecontrolled garage door access.
Hereward Homes selected
Sandall roo昀椀ng, based in
Bourne, as the specialist roo昀椀ng
contractor on the project.
Their chosen roo昀椀ng supplier
was AccuRoof, part of SIG UK
Roo昀椀ng, who provided both
SIGA 13s Slate and SR Timber
PREMIUM GOLD Roo昀椀ng Batten
to support it.
The SIG Roo昀椀ng branch in
Newark, which is closest to the
site, delivered the 10,840 linear
meters of SR Timber PREMIUM
GOLD Roo昀椀ng Battens to site
for the pitched roo昀椀ng areas of
the project.
